- How do I apply to your courses?

- What if I am unemployed but not claiming benefits?

In some cases funding can still be secured for your pre-employment course.
Give us a call and we will take your details in order to check if you are eligible.
- How long will it take to receive my course certificate?

Certificates are claimed within 2 weeks of your course ending and usually take 10-12 weeks to be received from the Awarding Bodies.
Please make sure that we have you current address if you move home during your time studying with us.
- Why am I required to upload such personal information?

The courses we offer are all funded qualifications, meaning you need to be eligible for government funding in order to secure your a place. This information is a funding requirement and proves your eligibility.
- How will you provide the training?

Training is delivered through blended learning. Support is provided throughout from professionally trained tutors who are available to provide guidance and mark assignments, as well as provide feedback on progress where required.
All work is completed and submitted online, with an assessor assigned to mark and feedback on your work upon submission.
- Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no charges for completing a course with us, thanks to government funding. However, upon completing your enrolment if you decide to withdraw from the course without an appropriate reason, you may be charged an administration fee by the learning provider. This will be explained in further detail during your enrolment process.
- Are the qualifications recognised by employers?

All of our courses are accredited by UK government-recognised awarding bodies. These include NCFE CACHE and TQUK, with whom we work closely to ensure our existing courses, and all new ones, meet approved standards of excellence and are certified as such.
NCFE CACHE and TQUK are national awarding organisations that design, develops and certifies nationally recognised qualifications and awards.
- Will I be able to get a job after my course?

By completing a course with Choices Academy, we will give you all of the skills you need to take up employment in your chosen sector.
